In addition to Dottie's awesome weight loss zone, the website, www.hungry-girl.com, offers excellent advice, nutritionals, and other weight loss related information. The site is fun and easy to use and you can sign up for her daily email newsletter (just make sure you check your junk mail and unmark it as spam). I like the tip about not drinking your calories. I try to avoid drinks with calories because you don't realize how many you're taking in with a drink.
